Seriously diseased kidneys. What disease, I don't know. Some type of cancer?
First of all they're incredibly enlarged, yes? Aren't kidneys usually much smaller? Those look like horse lungs! Then there's the pustules - don't know what to make of that. This image is from waxy.org - I wasn't able to find the original context.

Looks to me like Polycystic Kidney Disease. That's an awesome picture!Not for the poor person who had it though. I hope they got a transplant.

Those kidneys are very large compared to a normal kidney. A normal kidney is about the size of your fist.

I'm fairly certain that what we are seeing here is polycystic kidney disease. The disease is inherited and causes fluid filled cysts to form on the kidneys. In addition, as you can see, the disease also causes the kidneys to enlarge and eventually fail. The disease runs in my family and my father was on dialosis before he recieved a transplant. His kidneys looked very similar to those in the pics.
